Full of bugs
So bad the UI doesn’t even work properly. You cant het the right orientation on text box’s to actually apply or save changes. I wouldn’t recommend.

The app gives you flexible enough reporting and is responsive. I would like to see alerts for payments and transactions.
Way too glitchy!
By far the worst app I’ve ever used. As a content creator, we need to be able to navigate a site with ease and this isn’t it. I’ve tried to input my account info several times to get paid and it’s still not working.
Stole my money I earned by getting them customers
Gridwise who partners with Impact Radius refuses to pay me. They took my funds, which was $670 in less then 24 hours of notifying me. I gave them all my banking information and was promised to be paid on September 27th. They tried moving my date to November 20th before taking the money out of my account. Since then I can’t get anyone to respond to my emails. My money is just gone. I literally invested a lot of time into both Gridwise and impact radius. I don’t feel like they care about their customers. They stole my money because I was promoting their affiliate program which I thought was the right thing to do. They lied about when they were paying me and then just made up an excuse not to. I see them paying other people for doing the same thing I was doing. I got them a lot of customers just to be betrayed by them and money money stolen. I am reaching out so this doesn’t happen to anyone else that works with them. I attached a picture of the last screenshot I took on impact radius. When they reversed my funds I had $670 pending. I have no hope in getting my money I’m owed but hopefully I can bring awareness to others about how dirty they did me.

Owed compensation
Impact radius ended my contract with Gridwise without any notice while I had $670 pending. I spent months promoting their app just to have my money stolen. I don’t want anyone else to end up in my situation because I’m devastated. I was counting on the money I earned. The least that they could do was pay me the money that I already earned and they reversed my funds completely. I would not trust this app or Gridwise. They lie about when they’re going to pay you and they took the money I earned and did not care about the time I invested. Basically they stole my referrals and I got $0 after spending months promoting their app.

Getting better quickly
The app started out with some issues but are quickly getting better. Works like an app that serves it users vs what it appeared to be before, which was the opposite. The reporting is really good, but there are definitely limits.

I’ve never reviewed an app before but am forced to because of how bad this one is. 0 stars isn’t an option otherwise I’d select that. I’m not even sure if I can limit this review to just the app as the website and customer service are also well below average.
Errors upon errors for even the smallest of tasks. I’ve been approved and utilizing impact since 2016. Thank God only one of my companies I affiliate with uses this platform. It’s so bad even can then I opted to just take the loss and not work with the company that subscribes to them. They are clearly the cheapest website of a quick google search. Plus, they want access to ALL your data like an ex with extreme trust issues…
but get this, as I dated, 2016 I signed up with them and over those 9 years it’s someone managed to provide more errors and issues and become less user friendly. Truly dumbfounded with this app. Based off other reviews as well, there’s a clear pattern and someone is not being held accountable. The CEO must be the developer because idk how either of them have a job

Still on waitlist
I am still on the waitlist since November. This is the most user unfriendly app ever. I wish my company would switch to another app.
Their support dont reply even after a months
If you need any help from their support team, than forgot about it because their support team don’t reply you back even after months.
I got a partnership and now it won’t let me log in
This is absolutely terrible i got a email about my partnership being approved and now i forgot my password i thought it wasn’t a big deal until it wouldn’t send the confirmation to my email
iPhone 15 is unable to use app??? Lol
The website isn’t mobile friendly so I tried to use the app…says my phone is unable to and I have an iPhone 15 lol. Definitely needs to be revamped completely.

You have a very bad system to join new affiliate I m trying for the last month but I am rejected several times while I have a good traffic and more but I don't know
Pointless and Worse than the website
This app doesn’t work. Reports don’t load and can’t check anything worth checking. Pointless app.
I was hoping the mobile app would work, as the desktop site doesn’t load on mobile. But I was wrong. Unless I am on a desktop impact is useless. One of the worst platforms for affiliates I’ve ever used.
I always get told “tracking is working fine”, but I know it’s not. Just a big con!

It’s the worst app ever
You have to log in twice and after you do you’re basically on the website! It’s not formatted to a phone at all. One of the worst apps ever. You can’t even decipher what’s on the page due to the awful formatting.

Signed in on my desktop. Can’t on mobile.
I’ve attempted to log into this app more than a dozen times now from my iPhone, using the exact same login credentials that I use on my desktop computer (sign in with Google). Every time it tells me my account is available on the app.
Would be great if this app functioned properly for on the go affiliate link promotions, but for now it looks like I’m stuck using a desktop for everything.

Interface is pretty underwhelming. I’ll keep using the desktop version as it is much more user friendly, even on a mobile phone.
