ImpactRackr is one of those apps that solves a problem you don’t realize you have until performance review time comes around. It makes it incredibly easy to quickly capture accomplishments and wins while they’re still fresh instead of trying to remember everything you did months later.
I really like how simple the process is, especially being able to use voice or text and then have the app help turn those thoughts into clear, professional language. It’s useful not only for performance reviews, but also for preparing for 1:1s, updating your resume, and keeping track of the actual impact you’re making at work.
The app feels focused instead of overloaded with unnecessary features, and I can see it becoming something I use consistently throughout the year. If you’ve ever struggled to remember everything you accomplished when it’s time to write a self-review, this is definitely worth trying.

there's a lot on screen before you've logged anything, and it took me a few entries to understand what it wanted. Do not feel intimidated lol. Once there's real material in it, it stops being a notes app and starts being my self evaluation. The voice capture is really helpful so that your not forced to type everything out and there is even an ai tool to help better phrase your thoughts. If you work or corporate, or any job, this will be the way to keep up with your own accomplishments and personal goals outside of the workplace

Such a useful app!
I’m one of those people who gets to the end of the year and suddenly can’t remember half of what I accomplished, so I love using this app. It makes it really easy to capture wins in the moment, and being able to just talk into it instead of having to sit down and write everything out is such a nice feature. I also love that it helps translate what you did into language you can actually use later for reviews, resumes, or career conversations. Simple, thoughtful, and genuinely useful.

The most useful career tool I've used
I'd been keeping a brag doc in a spreadsheet for years, and I was wildly inconsistent with it. I'd remember to update it once a quarter, if that. This app fixed that. Capturing a win takes seconds, so I actually do it in the moment instead of trying to reconstruct my year from memory later.
The dashboard is the part I didn't know I needed. Being able to see everything I've done in one place has made performance review prep so much easier, and I've pulled from it to update my resume, my LinkedIn, and even to prep for recruiter conversations. It's turned into a real portfolio of my career impact rather than a list I forget about.
