App gives incorrect times for orders
First of all, this review is specifically for the app, not the restaurant or the quality of their food.
I just tried this app for the first time, everything seemed to be go smoothly and it was easy to use. The app gave me a pickup time in thirty minutes. I waited ten, then drove twenty minutes to pick it up. When I arrived at the restaurant, they told me my pickup was not for another hour still, and that I was the second customer to arrive an entire hour early. Clearly they have issues with their integration with the restaurants system, and now I had an entire hour to write this 1 star review. Will not use again.
