Slow, bugs, glitchy, difficult user interface, multiple areas that could be streamlined to increase functionality and efficiency from the user side. Pretty bad

I have nothing nice to say about this app. Everyone on my team hates this app. The world was a brighter place before I was forced to use this app. I feel like I’ve wasted days of my life sitting on “Processing 🔄”. It’s an absolutely brutal user experience. It takes what used to be a 1 minute process and makes it 10 minutes. On a 5 case day, that’s 50 minutes wasted.

ImplantBase has really optimized the last mile for the medical device industry. The mobile app helps to quickly get orders completed accurately and easily.

I have been an Implantbase user since 2013. I have seen the evolution of where Implantbase was and where Implantbase is today. This ap has changed how we currently do business as a spine company, allowing us to have remote workers manage inventory and sets that have experience that you can’t teach. Implantbase has also put the importance of the sales sheet being correct back in the hands of the reps that are in the cases. As the VP of sales I can run reports, look at trends, and make decisions on things that are importance to us on the company side. I am a former distributor and this ap allowed us to go from 3 folks in our office down to 1, which saved us a ton on payroll. The best part is that the reps are responsible for their own business and can look at their own numbers and have a personal investment in the business. Implantbase is solid!

So disrespectful of my time
Multiple clicks to get rid of the keyboard… on every screen. Additional tabs and clicks for no reason. So unbelievably poorly optimized. Same data for user must be entered manually every time instead of stored. Just absolutely an abomination. My 9 year old daughter can fill in paperwork manually faster than this app. Has tripled my paperwork time since implementation. Abomination.
