Limited styles to apply
Even with the premium version, there are very few painterly styles to apply. If you were hoping for a Monet or Gaugin style filter, look elsewhere.

I used this for school and it was great!
It rarely ever works
When I first downloaded it worked great. After the first day, the tools to enhance the photo, made it unrecognizable. I have redownloaded it two more times and it still won’t work. Terrible.

I got this app, and was nothing but problems. I upgraded to the pro version that was when everything went crazy!
No matter what button I pushed I'd get the same screwed up image. What's worst is that I think this app implanted a virus in phone, it been giving me trouble ever since I dumped this app.

Crashes processing hi-res images on iPad 2
The app loads hi-res 12mp images on my iPad 2, but crashes during processing. Images up to about 10mp are handled OK. I still purchased the premium upgrade to get the extra effects and get rid of the ads, and because I believe in paying people for their efforts. The developer was kind enough to offer a free version, and I liked it, so I bought the upgrade.
The effects are pleasent, with some adjustments possible. Hopefully the developer will continue to make improvements.
Fortunately you can really see if the app fits your needs before purchasing the additional effects and disabling the not-so-intrusive ads.
