FIXED MUSIC - Crashing Care Bear RBG Mirror
Edit: If you use the apps mic option and play music from your default music app on your phone, the mic picks it up and the lights adjust to the beats and music. You have to leave the app open with the music playing, you can’t lock your phone and set it down or it will stop the light changing.
Every time I try to use the music function, the app crashes. The lighting and color options work fine, without music. However, I was looking forward to using the music function, the music playing through my phone, but the lightning changing with the music.
I’ve done all the troubleshooting I can think of and nothing has worked. I’ve also allowed and given all permissions. I choose a song from my music through the app and it automatically closes. I spent hundreds of dollars on this mirror and the app isn’t working as it should. Please fix it.

Cannot find any devices when the mirror is connected
Cannot find any devices when the mirror is connected to my device via Bluetooth? Huh? What’s the point of this app if you can’t connect to the mirror?? Is this a some sort of scammerware or a dead app?
Doesn’t let me click
Sometimes it doesn’t let me click on my mirror, which is super annoying when I want to change the color. Besides that, the app is fine.
app crashes too much
i paid 500$ for a mirror, i should be able to use all of the features and im about to make a tiktok on this.
Confusing?
I had to search up why the bluetooth wasn’t connecting but if you go on setting it will say HK mirror 2.0 and when you click on it, it connects and plays the music It does glitch out on the app so hopefully this helps someone’s, just go one bluetooth settings and click “Touch Pro” or “HK MIRROR 2.0” and it will connect to ur phone and you can play ur music 😘

$400 on a mirror and you can’t have a working app?!
It’s absolutely ridiculous the amount of money I’ve spent on these products and you guys can’t even fix the app, why can’t I play music and it’s a feature on the app?! Every time I want to play one of my songs the app closes out but it plays perfectly with the demo songs and no one wants those.
Needs Update
The only thing that works is changing the colors. Whenever I try to play music the app just crashes :( Needs an update to address this bug along with the many others!

Bought a mirror and thought i can make the colors look cool and stuff NO i cant put an alarm the mic is useless when its dead silent it decides to give me a stroke but when it loud nothing plays and the colors delay and sometimes aren’t the one i pressed

the app doesnt let me connect my mirror. the colors arent accurate. and theres so much they can do to fix it and they wont. a waste of money tbh.

This app needs an update or something because it won’t even let me connect my mirror to the Bluetooth. Absolutely awful app.
App doesn’t work
The app will NOT sync to my new mirror! I have tried closing the app and turning on and off the mirror but nothing happens. App would have been nice if it worked, I don’t want to have to always clean my mirror

it works so well with the colors and everything but then after like 3-4 days when I press open mirror on the app it won’t open to let me change the colors or use the app because it’s not allowing me in the color wheel it’s hard to explain, so I would have to redownload it and then it would not work in like 3 days, not only that I can’t play music it’s horrible. It always kicks me out the app when I try to put a song from my playlist and yes it’s connected to bluetooth and everything. These two bugs are making it so hard to use it, this mirror costed like 350$ and the app cant even work properly when the app is a big part of the mirror. Fix this please and I’m not surprised all these reviews are negative.

Color wheel works music doesn’t
Any time I try to play my music through the app it crashes.i waited a year before setting the mirror up just to see if he app issues and old be resolved…1 year later. Still trash.

please fix this. really unhappy.. was so excited to have a mirror that can play music but it’s just false advertising .. 😞 if people are paying so much money for this mirror .. it needs to do what it’s advertised to do! ☹️ huge bummer..
