I have been trying to cancel my subscription since a long time. I have been charged 35 dollars for an app that I have never used. I took the free subscription and tried to cancel it, it didn’t happen until I got charged. There is no option to connect with anyone on the app. Also, no option on the app settings really works. I want my money back as I am a student and have been struggling with finances. A one year subscription to this app is of no use to me.

Hello, we apologize for the inconvenience. Our products are free for seven days after subscription activation. Charges will only be deducted at the end of the seven-day free trial period. If you don't want to keep your subscription active, you can cancel it to get a refund. However, due to App Store regulations, we are unable to provide you with direct access to our App for a refund, you can request a refund from the Apple Store by going to 'Settings-Apple ID-Subscriptions' and then you can find the cancellation portal on this page.
