Interesting idea. Reality? Doesn’t work
I liked the idea and signed up. The signing up failed. I tried a second time. It said my email address was registered. I tired to sign in. It failed. No emails confirming anything so impossible to check this app out. Shame. As I do like the idea.
Can’t upgrade
I get an error when trying to upgrade. Help fix please.
Amazing app for ADHD or anyone who wants a more balanced life
I got this after using another To Do list app for years that just piled up with a massive backlog that overwhelming and unfulfilling chores.
If you want a better balanced and more meaningful life, or struggle with ADHD or avoidance of boring/annoying tasks that pile up, this app is the best for free — and I’ve tried about 6.
Best features:
• The wheel of life really visually shows you where you are not putting enough effort or too much time. Ie my “wealth” spoke was massive with overdue tax forms and banking deadlines. But my “fun” and “people” (ie friends/social) spoke was almost empty. Wrong priorities!
• I choose to add all my tasks using Einsenhower (prioritizing) matrix - as it pre fills out the important vs urgent fields by just dragging the + into the quadrant. (Otherwise you have to fill so many fields out to create a task)
• Lists allow each item to have subtasks that can be reordered.
Worst features:
• the “quick add” + function makes you fill out a bunch of fields, so I can’t just add on the fly as I think of things (I’m guessing this is what the short lived inbox is, which expires after max a week).
• the straight “Tasks” list (not einsenhower or wheel of life visualization) is just too densely designed and just a wall of to dos in the latest category you added.
• Would be better to have “Tasks” be able to just default to the same selectable mode every login (ie you can clear all filters and add a “Today” filter - but it resets to the next category you add and have to make it “Today” again. Just have a “Today Tasks” screen alongside Einsenhower and Wheel!
• Should add an optional chime for completing a task as a reward!
• Subtasks do not allow individual separate dates (though they can be reordered by dragging)

Such a good app
Especially because the app is free, I thought it was going to be useless but oh my gosh. It’s helped me so much
Perfect todo list app!
A friend recommended this app, and so far I’m very glad with it, inspired to keep my lists organized and up to date!

This is a promising app. I love the Eisenhower matrix, the assistant and the reminders. The only thing missing is an “event” option as we schedule our daily tasks. Also, it would be awesome if the app could coordinate with outlook or google calendar.
