I hate that the company I work uses this app because it never works and can’t pull up any information about customers I need. It’s hard to navigate even for people who have grown up with technology. Why can’t these simple things be fixed? This app looks like it’s over 10 years old

Works great, want the photo label back!!!

Please update to allow us to label photos uploaded! I know have to go back into the desktop version and edit EACH one!!! This is supposed to make our jobs faster and now you’re adding a step. WHY?!

Not so great

This app needs major redesign from ground up. Definitely outdated. Previous versions had critical bugs which took improveit360 several months to fix. User interface is confusing and most sale reps find the app confusing. Too bad i360 will not invest in developers who can program build and design a wonderful app.

Piece of Crap

Absolutely pathetic. I want you to be frustrated? Do you want to shut your phone down every time you use? Then this is the app for you! Our company has complained repeatedly, and have been told for the last six months that they are going to get the app fixed. Seriously, find another company… Your employees will thank you!

I don't want to list it all but to put it in a nutshell not very satisfied at all not what I expected from a platform built off of salesforce be very careful of that terminology build off of salesforce does not mean all the benefits bells and whistles of salesforce it actually imitates salesforce drastically the app is in its improve status week cannot even email a client from the feel and the resulting two is too complicated for easy tasking while moving around in the field improve it 360 needs to improve itself 360
