Over the years, your documented investment adds up in one place instead of scattered receipts and fading memory. DOES IT CALCULATE MY TAXES? No. Improvory is NOT tax software. It does NOT calculate your taxes, your capital gain, or your cost basis. It organizes the records you enter and sums the dollar amounts you type in - like the total at the bottom of an expense list. For any tax decision, consult a CPA, Enrolled Agent, or tax professional. IRS Publication 523 is free at irs.gov. There is no account to create and nothing is uploaded to a server. The reference content and the running totals are computed on your device. Improvory is designed exclusively for iPhone. WHAT DOES IT COST? - Pro Annual: 19.99 USD per year, with a 7-day free trial for new subscribers. - Pro Lifetime: 49.99 USD once - for owners who'll keep their home for years. There is no monthly plan. The annual subscription auto-renews until canceled. Renewal is charged within 24 hours before the period ends unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours prior. Payment is charged to your Apple ID. Manage or cancel in Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions. Refunds for the unused portion of an active period are not offered. The Lifetime purchase is a single charge with no recurring billing. IMPORTANT DATA NOTICE Improvory stores all data locally on your iPhone. Beyond summary-PDF generation, the app does not include built-in data export, import, or backup. Your data is included in iOS Backups (iCloud Backup or Finder/iTunes) when those are enabled. If you delete Improvory without an iOS Backup available, your data will be permanently lost.
