Subscription Problems

I subscribed for the year the money came out of my bank account and I still don’t have access to the pro version. I like this app it does give you good insights, but I spent money thinking I would get more access. Nothing changed on the app after I purchased.

Quick and easy

I’ve been using Impulse for a couple of weeks now and it’s been super helpful. The heart rate check is quick and easy, and I like how accurate it feels compared to other apps I’ve tried. The design is clean, simple, and doesn’t feel cluttered. I also appreciate that the app gives me a clear history of my measurements so I can actually see how my heart rate changes day to day. Definitely worth keeping on my phone — it just works the way you’d expect.

Doesn’t work

I purchased the free trial and it doesn’t work. Purchased the weekly the yearly and still doesn’t work wants me to repurchase.

Calendar

The calendar is saying that it is Saturday but it’s not

Not Good

I purchased the app for one year. After about 5 days all I can do is measure my heart rate with no insight into the reasons for the numbers.

For the best results, gently place your fingertip over your phone’s camera lens. The app will then detect your pulse.

Pretty sure this is fake. It just makes the phone vibrate and I tested it on the fabric of my pants and supposedly my pants have a pulse too. 🙃

Our app uses your phone’s camera and flash to measure subtle changes in fingertip color caused by blood flow — not vibration. For accurate results, the fingertip should be placed gently on the camera lens. We appreciate your feedback and are always improving the experience.
