User reviews

Don’t bother

IMS is awful. Used it for years and every year it gets worse. The devs have completely abandoned support.

Paramedic/Supervisor.

IMS ePcr is by far the most user friendly solution on the market from initial set up down to the end user. The layouts for the reports flow in a manner that has yet to be achieved by any other application or software package. This solution allows you to directly distribute to billing, state reporting agencies, and perform Q&A with ease.
Blending other existing systems such as LifeNet and RescueNet are easily accomplished to complete your reporting. No other solution can prove to be more simple or cost effective, than IMS. Whether your agency does 1000 responses per year or 50,000, this is the ideal application for any fire or EMS agency. My agency has been using IMS since it's early inception, and it has only become better with each version.
