Hardly ever works

I gave it three stars because I’m not sure whether it’s the app or the DVR unit from my security system but viewing through the app hardly ever works. It always tells me that it failed to connect. I rebooted the DVR and it’s still only works sometimes. No response for help from the app support.

Not working, the free version works better.
