Integrated Master Securities (P) Limited was incorporated on 3rd July,1995 by Shri S.C.Khaneja who has a rich experience of over 25 Years in the financial and capital market. The company started its Market operations in January,1996 as a Stock Broker in the Capital Market Segment of National stock Exchange of India Ltd. The Company acquired membership of the Stock Exchange,Mumbai by conversion of individual membership of Shri S.C.Khaneja in February,1998 and the membership of Vadodara Stock Exchange by conversion of individual membership of Smt.Rajni Khaneja,a promoter director of the Company in March,1998.
