Worst customer support
Game itself is good. But if you have an issue the support is horrible. Different people EVERY REPLY and apparently the only 1/4 of them actually know how to read simple English cause they reply with all the WRONG solutions. Employ better people.
Hi, Ke’Myria IMVU is always growing, including our features. We appreciate you sharing your though
My review is mine blowing
The update
I wish you all would keep the update when we can be in a room and still shop while in the room
Kinda like it
I gave it 3 stars because there’s be a lot of bullying and other people posting others address imvu don’t need to let ppl who plays vu to post others address and pics without there permission or safety and vu ain’t really doing nothing about it but other than that it’s Alr
MIC ISSUES
So I’m wondering like why my mic all of the sudden does not work, it went from working to completely just muting everytime I’m given mic, like did I get a ban I’m unaware of because, I need all my money back I recently spent on this game. My IOS device is update, I deleted this app multiple times, I even tried on my other device it’s not working, I deleted photos, voice memos, messages anything that’s probably causing this issue and nothing is working!

Suggestion.
It would be really good if you added free roam to the game, it would make it even better than it already is.
I love this app
I can’t update with out, being forced to upgrade my iPhone, but I can’t afford the upgrade it suck’s 😩😤🤬
Friendliest
When you go invite people not all showing says I 11 friends on but only only 5 show
The new update doesn’t work on my iPhone
My iPhone does not support the new update version so I can’t use the app anymore so bye bye app
Y’all isn’t letting me download IMVU account on my iPhone 7 Plus
Y’all is telling me to update my IMVU account on my IPhone 7 Plus
Apps good
The apps is good but every time I join a room it gives me ads
Bring back mobile text/shop in chat please
This game was so much better for second when they allowed users on mobile to check messages and shop while in chat now that they took it away I want to play less.
rooms
what is up with us lagging every time
Worst
This game is hot garbage back then it was better now that they got got these new updates everything just been trash
Update
Since the update for mobile my status light and all my friends always show offline. Loading inventory in a room don’t work half the time now. And when you have your room locked down and add presenters it still does not let them join, I have redownloaded, logged in and out. Cleared cache. So it has to be this update.

Issue with not appearing online on mobile
Hello, after updating the game on mobile, I can't see my friends on the chat screen; likewise, I appear offline to myself even though I am online. Could this be a bug? I deleted and reinstalled it, but it didn't fix the issue.
Don’t like it at all it’s trash
I don’t like the app, can’t really do anything on it it’s vertically impossible to decorate rooms with over heats an kills my battery, you can’t see the kbs in dress up an load into rooms so heavy it crashes ppl , I see em coming in the rooms 10 kbs an way higher then ask what’s kbs when I ask em to lower it there fire it’s an auto boot out my rooms cause I never allow anyone over 6kbs to load in my rooms , an to many miners are getting on causing probs with it . Biggest thing is compatibility with both my iPhones new version is not compatible with either of my phones an i do not like that I have to have a credit card to purchase the app when it is supposed to be free other then if you buy anything , another thing is when doing the streaks you get maybe 3 days before there gone an I can’t finish them don’t put em on it if you ain’t gonna keep em on it, the spin thing half the time don’t work an is always landing on ap an frankly I don’t like that as I rarely ever use anything ap for clothing an what is sent should be sent to the trash cans cause I won’t put any of it on as it’s trashy an I ain’t a streetwalker. I won’t allow my daughter on it . Only thing I use the app for at all is checking messages and responding to messages other then that nope . Feed is to easily letting ap pics into it off the app . The other bs thing is it’s to easy for alt acct to be made to cause probs with I don’t like it. IMVU vets like myself who been here since day one IMVU was first out want this app gone cause it’s messing up the client sine it was linked to the main client an frankly were sick of it .
