Hi, Andy from imWeather. Yes it is a known bug. If the location services is not on, the app will crash instantly at the initial launch. Only way to resolve it is to enable the location services. However, lucky you. The new version of imWeather is out and this problem no longer occur. Enjoy and hope imWeather will change your life. More features are down the pipeline and will be available soon.
