The only thing they said It’s that you should try the free version before buying it, and of course when you do it, they ask you to buy it, because you can’t do anything with free one, it didn’t work and they can give the money back. The worst service ever. They only one to steal the money from you. DON’T TRUST THIS COMPANY.

This app should be removed from the App Store. As similar to the reviews before mine the trial version does nothing to actually demonstrate the recovery capabilities. I paid for the app and it did not recover a single file for me. Don’t even trust their “30” day money back guarantee policy. They won’t refund you. They will give you the runaround. I filed a dispute with my Credit Card company.

I’m trying to use the “merge contacts” feature and it just crashes every time. I’ve tried from both of my phones ... XR and 11pro... same thing ... fix the glitch !!!!

And I had to spend more on a different software to do what their would not. It does NOT work. I am livid that they stole from me. DO NOT PAY THEM. Did not operate properly
11/4/19 - downloaded app, ran the recover function. App requested my email then said to check for a link. That was 6 hours ago. I’ve retried 4 more times and went to their website and sent support an email 5 hours ago. No replies. I will be deleting their app from my phone now.

We should report to BBB for fraud
The company claims 30 day money back guarantee prior to purchase to misguide us there is no harm testing the product. Guess what happens next? You know the answer. This is FRAUD.

Don’t waste your time it’s all a scam into getting you download to spend money! Don’t give your email because then they want you to pay. The only reason I gave one star is so I can write the review. There’s nothing good about about this app at all. I’m sure it might be good if you pay for it, but there’s free apps out there that do the same thing.

I don’t write reviews ever but i had to write one for this app. I accidentally deleted one very important note and after i went to recover it from recently deleted and then it just disappeared. i had no idea what to do and then i looked online and saw this app. i downloaded it on my phone and on my computer but after they did the scan on my phone for the missing note they asked for money to be able to recover it and it wasn’t even confirmed they had my exact note that i needed. 🙁

If you are like me as have my moms old phone with 300+ contacts that you don’t know and didn’t want to take a long time deleting it all,this app allows you to delete multiple contacts.Just download and click manage contacts and select all contacts.Then click the ones you don’t wanna delete and it will delete everything else.Then delete the app:)
