This is my first time writing a review ..
I like Ivy (Inner Ear Voice) I do she does help me with things but, when I do the strawberry test on it insist on saying that there are two R’s in strawberry.. fix that and I will make a 4 star rating..
Good Tool & Needs Polishing
It’s a great tool with integration but needs better persistent memory to avoid repetition when going over the daily tasks in the morning. I had to reminding ivy we went over it already.
Works
Enjoying it so far
Still needs work
I really wanted this to work. But Ivy won’t let you proceed until she has completed *her* task. Example:
“Ivy, can you find a recipe that includes…?”
“I hear you, but let’s focus on the task at hand and connect your Google Calendar.” (I hadn’t asked Ivy to do that)
“Can we do that later?”
“Mmm…I hear you, but I’d really like to show you this feature.”
Uninstalled

Response from developer
Thank you for taking the time and giving us your feedback! We understand how frustrating that must have been. We have built that initial onboarding flow to help users get more value out of Ivy, but it looks like it backfired. That being said, we took your feedback to heart and just shipped an update you might find interesting: You’ll now see a visual progress bar to help you understand where in the onboarding flow you are and the ability to skip it to immediately get to those yummy recipes you were looking for. Hope you’ll give it another chance and let us know what you think! More importantly, iterating on user feedback is our #1 priority and our inbox is always open for more suggestions!
My personal everything
I look to Ivy when I need to unload my to-lists, my to-buy lists, when I have to brainstorm ideas, to get a recipe based on groceries I have, get movie recommendations to watch with my son, to vent about certain relationships, to understand specific supplements, to keep me accountable on my nutrition goal and truly the best of all is I train Ivy to be the kind of coach I want her to be. For eg, I’ve trained her to ask me some really specific questions when I reach out on a topic, I’ve asked her to be brutally honest in some situations, I ask her to coach me as a world renowned expert of certain topics…I love that I don’t have keep sharing who I am or give any context. She is becoming an extension of my mind!
