Life changing

This was absolutely the best thing that could have happened during a crisis, thank you. It has helped us so much. One thing I noticed - while limiting emotions under sadness , I was reflecting on a time I felt sad because of grief, and I struggled to find the right emotions for this. I’m only saying this to help and was one tiny thing when actually everything was totally amazing and helpful in ways I cannot thank you enough.

Watch On Repeat!

Makes so much sense, and many of us may understand its logic but still watch on repeat until our own reactions/response start to mirror this simple (not always easy) advice :)

Dla każdego rodzica

Krótkie, zwięzłe, na temat! Streszczenie grubych podręczników o relacjach z dziećmi. Istotne i niezbędne, warto sie tego nauczyć by nasze dzieci były już tak właśnie wychowane, by nie musiały szukać rozwiązań, a miały je w zwyczaju.

An amazing tool

I have learned so much and am seeing improvements in myself, and my relationships with my children and partner.

Amazing lessons

I came across this app accidentally while looking for app to track my newborn progress. It looked interesting but when I started watching lessons it exceeded my expectations. It came to me just at the right time because I was dealing with emotional tantrums of my toddler and didn’t feel I was doing well. This gave me an insight of what is happening in their brain and how to deal with it. I am so grateful this app came to my suggestions and I decided to download it.
