About

In My Stash answers one question — stash it, or spend it? — from what's really in your bank, not a guess. Most budgeting apps bury you in charts and categories. In My Stash gives you a calm, honest answer at the moment you're deciding: can I spend this, or should it stay put? It reads your true available balance, holds back what's already committed (rent, bills, upcoming charges), and tells you plainly. PRIVATE BY DESIGN • Your data lives on your device — not on our servers. • Backups are end-to-end encrypted. We can't read them. • Nothing is sold or shared. Export or erase everything, anytime. • Optional read-only bank connections — In My Stash can see balances and transactions, but can never move your money. BUILT TO GUIDE, NOT SHAME • A resilience-aware decider that adapts to YOUR situation — a thin cushion gets gentle, protective guidance; a comfortable one gets opportunity-cost nudges. • No lectures, no guilt. Just a clear next step. WHAT'S INSIDE • "Stash or spend?" decision helper tied to your real balance • Payday-first pacing — or Freelance mode that paces what's really in the bank across the month • Face ID unlock, with everything encrypted behind your PIN • Safety-net / runway view — how long you'd last if income stopped • Recurring bills held back automatically before you're told you can spend • Month-by-month savings jars • Accessibility-first: Dark Mode, Reduce Motion, Reduce Transparency, and Increase Contrast all respected In My Stash is a decision tool, not licensed financial advice.

Every answer now comes with a receipt: what's left after this, the pace to hold per day until payday, and the amount that would still get a green answer. When you're on pace to come up short, the answer shows what you're spending per day next to what's left per day, so it's a plan instead of a warning. The home screen is simpler, and the next-payday field now shows a cue when it's empty.
