App Not Working

I love the interface and design that went into this app. However, some of the functions, like creating a poll, aren’t working. But the biggest thing of all — when I invited friends to the group trip, they couldn’t see any details or info on the trip! So we couldn’t be IN. The together app planning together! The WHOLE point of the app is not working! And no one from support has responded via email or IG.
