Please 4over, fix your app! It’s not compatible with the new iPhones, I can search anything because it’s not clickable. Also allow us to search for older tickets.
Lack of UX/UI
I believe the corporation is great! But I think this app lacks a lot of user interface and user experience. I would also like to see a product estimates app.

Love the app.
Just need to see the progress and get a call back if something changes. It works well. Honesty you don’t need to order from this app. It’s sufficient for my needs.
Put back the previous version
I don’t know what they were thinking in rolling up this new version! It’s so bad... I would choose the previous one 100 times over... bring it back! And give us the possibility to do online quoting... most of us are frequently on the road and need to have access to quotes on mobile!

My app looks nothing like the preview anymore. It used to. Looks more like plain text now. It changed after the update. Not working properly at all. I never had a problem with the old version, it was very helpful and worked fine. Now I don’t even use it
New version not so good.
Looks terrible now. Lines of information overlap. The old version looked and operated better.

It Crashes after latest update PLEASE FIX IT
This latest update is no good. App no longer allows you to manually refresh. Can’t see latest jobs and now that I logged out it will not let me log back in.

Well I had to come back to update this. Ever since upgrading to iOS 10 I now experience what others have cited. Won't stay logged on. Makes one look clumsy in front of customers always having to sign on. Show us a little love and at least fix that problem...
Does what it is designed to do. Really nice to be able to stand in front of my customer and tell them the status of their order. Impresses them when I give them shipping info right from the phone At the clients site. Thanks 4Over!!!

Not what you hope for
This app is nothing like what you'd think. It only provides information on the jobs already ordered. Definitely not nearly as capable as it should be. I want an app where I can browse products, check prices, etc. and with such a non-mobile-friendly website you'd think that it would be a great app! This is more disappointing than helpful.

I'm very happy to have this app
I love having this app on my iPad and iPhone. Being able to track the progress of print jobs is essential for my business. That said, the areas for improvement are as follows: I should be able to track the shipment once the project is finished from directly in app on the iPad, much like I can on the iPhone. Also, an immense improvement would be to allow me to review previews in the app.
I prefer not to use my browser on my tablet or phone if I can get away with it. Thank you to 4over you are a great company to work with.

It's great that this app can mirror your production schedule, but it would seem that the ability to quote and tentatively place orders for later upload would generate a lot more business for 4over and their trade partners. Futhermore, what would be really nice is to help out the trade clients by providing something that would assist them in the quoting process, like a markup calculator or some sort of simple quoting tool that sets 4over apart from some other web printer. I would install this app on the phones of every sales person and they could quote on the fly right at the customer's place. I would gladly pay double for that capability.

The app is good for tracking orders. For everyone who is complaining about what it should do, stop it! Next time read the description, it explains what this app is capable of. It does exactly what it describes. Rate it the based on what it does as described, not what you want it to do. What they charge is cheap, compared to what it cost to make.
For all you graphic designer re-sellers, this app is really good to track your order or to see what phase your orders are in. The app doesn't always refresh on its own, but that is why it has a manual refresh button. This app even has a call back feature. We use it a lot and get a call back from customer service with in 30 minutes. Also, you can track UPS shipments within the app. I recommend this app to anyone who does business with them.

Shipment Tracking has been added. Works great!
Most of the complaints below aren't really valid anymore. They added the ability to track shipments from within the app, and it works great.
Plus, this app isnt advertised as having the ability to quote or place orders, so stars shouldn't be taken off for that. It work just as advertised, and saves me a ton of time by not having to log into the full site for order status.

This app is a great idea in theory and it does all that it promises. But it could go so much further.
The app is designed for devices that don't support flash. Your entire website for pricing and ordering is flashed based. Put the prices and ordering into the app. I would be able to quote and order in the fly it would be amazing.
Secondly your providing shipping info with out us being able to check on the shipping. Or even select the tracking number to jump apps and check.

Does what it says
Works for order status, but I would like to eventually see push notifications for status changes and quick quotes. It should be free, but 99 cents isn't bad, especially since it's not easy to see web interface on phone.
Needs so much more!
Using 4over's website on your iphone is particularly brutal and cumbersome. So the thought of a 4over app genuinely excited me!

- On your shipped orders, you should be able to click on the tracking number and have it open up the website to actually see your package tracking info. Having the tiny number there on the screen doesn't help me at all, since I can't even copy and paste it somewhere to track the package.

Annoyed
I'm really quite annoyed that I paid even as little as 99 cents for this app. It has ZERO functionality beyond showing you the status of orders in process. There's no access to other site features, or even a simple product price/specs list. It'd be nice to have access to ALL of my past orders, not just the last 4 weeks. And the capability to review and approve proofs via the iPhone would be very useful. I wish I'd saved my money until a better version came along, because knowing 4Over, they'll probably CHARGE you for the privilege of updating.

Limited helpfulness
It's a shame that I had to pay 99¢ for the type of app that most vendors supply for free. This is really a limited application. The 4over website shows that this app has a settings window, but it is nowhere to be found in the app itself, including the ability to have the app remember your login. This is very disappointing, although it does show your pending jobs which is handy for me to be able to pull out my phone instead of going to my computer.

almost no functionality
I was rather disappointed to learn that after logging in to the app, it really only shows the one screen with the jobs listed. You cannot tap to expand each job. You cannot drill down to the details of each job to see quantity, size, colorspec, finish, etc... You basically get one screen, and if you want to search for a job, you had better know the first 5 or 6 digits of the job. I will add more stars if you add functionality. This is basically an RSS feed. Also, this type of app should be free for trade customers.
