Unable to register email

I unable to sight up via email. I don’t want to use google or Facebook to sign in. On the email sign in screen I see a button on the bottom but it is partially off screen and I can’t push it (nor can I scroll down). I would assume this is the button to create an account. The app is unusable due to this. I on on an iPhone 5 SE.

I also tried to register on their official website. It said my phone number needs to be a US number, which of is. Yet if rejects it regardless (even after trying different combinations the number formats, with area code. Unusable.
