Does not import gallery videos
I tried reinstalling twice the app, it doesn’t fetch my local gallery videos
Buggy with no support
I got two videos to import from my photos in iCloud but some do not import. The spinner just keeps going forever and there’s no real difference in length of video or anything. Not sure why and I could not find any tech support. Too bad because this could be a good app.
Crashing
The app keeps on crashing whenever i try to tap on an option.
Can’t render
This apple is terrible. I can create an analysis, but it won’t render. It either crashes or hangs. Absolute garbage.

Brand is fortunate to be only telestrator app that’s in the App Store.
Exports can only be a few minutes in length; so no major videos. Takes crash randomly and there’s no support staff to fix these issues or ask for guidance. The contact button on the app takes you nowhere and there’s no functional website.

Can’t even get started
On iPhone I choose a video to work with but on saving it hangs forever. Deleted it quickly.
Just like magic!
The app is very impressive and the analysis looks like magic when its playing back
