Terrible
Ever since new update to website and app, 80% of my units won’t pop up. Garbage service lately and crappier customer service. Go elsewhere. Haven’t had one unit install successfully on app, with out calling for support
Not working
I can not get on the app at all since downloading the new iOS. I’m really upset because I can not locate my inventory.
Keeps closing my app out
Won’t load the app open just says I gotcha then back to the Home Screen
Apps doesn’t work since the update
Used to have no problems with these units or the app. Now with app update password and user name aren’t remembered. Now that I am signed in I can’t activate my unit. I get all the details typed in and hit next but nothing happens. Won’t take me to next screen to finish set up. Revert back to previous version of app so we all can get back to a working app. Thanks

Fix the update, this is junk!
Please fix the update, or go back to the last version. This is absolutely junk! It won’t recognize me on login, and the App keeps crashing.
Terrible
Would leave 0 stars if I could haven’t had this product for over a week and already having problems . Turned off my ignition earlier in the day 12hrs later app is not working. By the way it is the weekend and support is only available m-f.
Trash don’t waste your money.
I bought 20 of this garbage and 15 of them stopped working with in the first month. When I called and they couldn’t fix or help they basically told me to go F myself. When I asked to speak with a manager they said that the manager doesn’t speak to customers.

Terrible App
If you like pressing the locate button and not seeing your vehicles show up at all, then this is an app for you. What good is this if you can even use? Press the locate button and all you see if loading for about 3 minutes and then it finds all my car off the coast of Africa. Crap app
Poorly designed
Not really useful. Hard to use the locate option.
