Widgets don’t refresh
Overall a good app. But I find that I have to go knit the app I order to track a particular line that I have “started.” It doesn’t quite work as you’d expect in the widget.
Excellent, but…..
Everything is great with this app except the widgets. The text on them is way too big to be useful. Hopefully it can be fixed.
The best app for staying on time
To date, this application has provided an unparalleled experience compared to other applications for MTA travel. It is ideal for monitoring bus/train lines even when not in the app, as it offers live activity support. Consequently, I can accurately track the arrival time of my bus, which is typically reliable. However, it is important to note that New York City is known for its dynamic traffic, and buses may occasionally be delayed as expected.*
(Recently bus lines weren’t available and after notifying the development team, they swiftly fixed the issue and for that i can’t recommend this app enough!)

What the MTA app should have been!
Easily a 9/10 NYC train app. The layout isn’t fully to my liking but I am not mad at it. The biggest thing for me is the live activities & widgets. Definitely a worthwhile download.
