About

InCalc BD is a suite of banking calculators built for Bangladesh's lending and deposit products. It does the arithmetic a relationship manager, credit officer or saver actually needs — accurately, instantly, and entirely on your device. FIVE CALCULATORS • Loan — EMI, full amortisation schedule, and the effective annual rate once advance instalments or cash security are factored in. • Deposit — Project FD, DPS, WDS, MBS or a custom scheme. Excise duty and source tax are applied exactly as the rules require, with the 10% (return-filed / PSR) vs 15% source-tax distinction built in. See the gross figure, every deduction, and the net receivable. • DSCR — Debt-service coverage and burden for a credit memo: income statement, short- and long-term obligations, the proposed loan, and a cost-saving FDR — with the coverage gauge a credit committee expects. • Compare — Put two scenarios side by side (loan vs loan, or deposit vs deposit) and see which wins, and by how much. • Settlement — Compute the effective IRR (XIRR) of a loan settlement from the bank's working spreadsheet, or from a blank table you fill in. Import an .xlsx, edit receivables, waivers and payments, and read the true annualised cost. BUILT FOR ACCURACY The calculation engine is locked, figure-for-figure, to the InCalc web app and verified against more than a thousand reference vectors. Regulatory values follow the FY2026-27 budget (excise-duty exemption up to ৳4,00,000; source tax 10% with proof of return, 15% without). PRIVATE BY DESIGN No account, no sign-in, no tracking, no network calls. Everything runs on your device and your inputs never leave it. NOT FINANCIAL ADVICE InCalc BD is a calculation tool for indicative figures. Final, binding numbers are those issued by your financial institution. Always confirm against your bank's official terms.
