No longer works - abandoned
Unfortunately this app no longer works (beyond being a simple calculator) and seems to have been abandoned by the developer. I would imagine that the paid version is in the sane condition.

I love this. I don’t need the advanced calculator. For free, this gets the job done.

The developer has corrected the problem. Continue to love and use this app every day in my work. Great and needed app. [Old review: After the latest iPhone software update there was a message from Apple telling me that this App could cause my phone to work slower because the App is not updated for the new software. I see there is a new INCHcalc +. Is that compatible and if so, not too happy that I will need to spend $4.99 to replace an App I've already paid for.]

A clean, simple, carpentry tool
A great tool for carpenters, builders, or anyone who needs to perform simple calculations with inches and feet. This is not a conversion tool as most in the app store are. There's an ad for an additional paid upgrade which makes the calculator useless in landscape mode. Other than that, it's straight-forward, and performs as you'd hope.

I was afraid I lose my long time favorite foot/inch calculator when I updated to iOS 11 but no more. Thanks to the developer for the update!
Great utility
I’ve had this app just about from its first release. While I don’t use it everyday, it is handy to have around because it is intuitive to use and I don’t have to relearn anything when I need it. It is just an imperial calculator and does that job without fuss or annoying glitter.

The developer has not supported this app in years. They have released a new app and charge $4.99 for it instead of creating updates the existing one.
If you buy this app you will get a message stating that it will slow your phone. I am not happy about buying an app which the developer does not support. I would expect them to do this on their next app as well. Buyer beware.

Great on iPhone, awful on iPad
This works great on my iPhone, but does not work on the iPad despite being listed as iPad compatible on the Apple App store web site.
Doesn't work.
Makes you go to the App Store every time you rotate your phone sideways to use the advance architectural functions. Dumb.

Bait and Switch (IMHO)
Originally bought for iPhone. It is said by developer to be compatible with iPad. Opening app on the iPad results in a screen inviting me to spend another 5.00 for an iPad version. I am happy to use this app in iPhone emulation mode. However the app simply won't open that way.
Garbage
What a piece of garbage. Paid $1.99 for the app, when I tried to open the app it sent me back to the App Store and to the $5.00 version of the app. I could not get the app to open. Deleting and reinstalling the app was no help.

Worked fine for awhile now all it will do is take you to inchcalc+ to purchase!

Does not do proper fraction calculations BEWARE
I've used this app for a year and just had to do some calculations with inch fractions and was horrified to discover that the fraction math DOES NOT WORK! Adding 11/16" should never result in a xx/32" result. I would NOT trust this app for calculations!!
Handy App
Thanks for the retina update on iPad, but what about iPhone? Really handy app either way.

App forces you to buy +plus version in landscape mode, you need to switch to portrait mode every time if you want to use this software. I am not upgrading this, and uninstalling the free version. We do not need predatory marketing techniques, just make a good product, and i will pay more for it voluntarily.
