This app sends Health and Safety Incident reports to be processed with the Applus+ HSQE team, you can include pictures, GPS location, and relevant data to report the incident.
This app uses the Camera to allow you to attach pictures on your reports.
It also allows you to attach on demand the GPS coordinates of your device when you are submitting your report.
