Updating
Please keep up this app, I volunteer for a local fire district and this is very valuable. Dictating items in a 214 then generating the form is awesome! I hope at some point you can fix the location. I’ve tried using it from different locations within the same form and it just keeps pasting the first location. Other than that, this app is amazing. Please don’t give up on it.

I purchased this app to make doing my 214 easier while traveling for the 4/27/24 Oklahoma tornado response. On both my iPhone and iPad it crashes after you enter the date and closes the app. I paid $4.99 for nothing but wasted time.
Great app, until it isn't
This app was awesome for keeping track of ICS 214's. I actually started relying on it for work, and began using it to log all the jobs I do. I used it for about 2 months, and then suddenly it started crashing. Now it wont open, and I don't have access to any of the logs I've made. This is potentially catastrophic, as those job notes are really important to me for invoicing. Now they are gone. Very lame.

Amazing ICS 214 App
Totally simplifies the ICS 214 Documentation process.
iOS 16 needs support
Loved the app until I upgraded to iOS 16. Now the app crashes every time I try and create a new incident.
Lots of bugs! Crashes.
App crashes if you add too many pictures (6 is what is on my report) and you try to create a report. Can’t remove pictures or entries. It has some good features but it needs a lot of work to be useful. Id like my money back or fix the bugs.
Locks up
Hasn’t been updated in 5 years, not allowing me to print the notes, almost useless because of this. Pretty disappointed since I have data that really needs to be sent to documentation.

InciNotes 214
GREAT application, use it on every incident that I am mobilized on. Great way to document your daily activities and actions. When I finalize the InciNotes 214 and print it on an incident, people are in awe.... Dave
Program works fine
Is it perfect, nope, but it works, it has some kinks, but for basic recording, and keeping a 214, especially in the field this works fine, and efficient. A great feature would be multi device support.
Don't buy
I got this app several years ago. After about 6 months, the app stopped working. I contacted Will and we talked via phone. I did what he requested and I still cannot recover any of my information that was stored. I was using the app for my SAR activities. I would like a refund but I doubt that will ever happen.

Obviously not created by anyone who actually uses 214s out in the field. What a waste of money and time. Steer clear! Junk!
Extremely useful tool!
I have been using InciNotes ICS-214 for over a year now. I can't express how helpful it is for incident documentation. Having just recently demob'd from deployment to a large protest, returning to an assignment to plan for another protest, I used the app extensively. As a COML, in addition to routine 214 documentation notes, this app allows me to photo to document equipment assigned and geo-tag repeater sites. The reports are easy to forward by text and email. I strongly recommend this app for anyone involved in incident management!

Refund please
Will this app is horrible . It does none of what you need to easily document a 214 . I documented an entire work period and only 1 page showed up with only a quarter of what I documented. Nor do you have any way to export or print the 214 . This is an absolute waste of money . Please refund me.
Program does not work
Great idea if the program work. After downloading the program from the App Store it will open and then looks up my iPhone.

I have been involved with inciNotes team for over three years co-teaching incident mgt tabletop exercises and have used the new concepts of incident documentation on real incidents including a few hurricane related events. This new ICS 214 app along with inciNotes IAP app will help to focus our attention to basic command,control and coordination activities in a structured method that ensures we as safety officers and other supervisors can quickly document actions and focus our attention on the job at hand versus playing secretary's for the IC. It provides a platform to ensure that the risk factors, situation awareness and accountability of personnel are done by the established SOG's and SOP' of the depts and agencies in a consistent and repeatable process by any officer all the time .. The hallmark of the guiding principles of Incident management is to follow the same game plan and control all the time. This app " ics214" and its big brother inciNotes" IAP apps allow for uniform on scene real time size up, command ,with a problem solving process that will help to ensure everyone goes home. Simple to use and share for real time CAN reports as well as after action reviews, documentation and the dreaded,"chief I screw up report" ( which should be reduced by using this tool).- submitted by Tom Schwartz, serving with the fire service since 1968 / and helping at the local ,state and national level for over 37 years with IMS development and training ! InciNotes ICS 214 is a great tool to enhance your Incident Command toolbox. Documenting events on any incident, (regardless of rank or position) whether you’re a Firefighter, Engine Captain or the Incident Commander, provides the ability to simplify the process, and send out real time reports. Attaching photos with GPS coordinates, is also an awesome feature. I’ve been a user of InciNotes ICS 201/214, so purchasing this application was a deal, and has the same amazing technology and integration capabilities which keeps you up to date.

Another great tool
I have been using InciNotes since its release back in 2013, Great Application for managing Type 3 Wildfire Incidents or any type of all risk incidents. I was excited to download InciNotes ICS 214 application when I saw it was released. I purchased InciNotes ICS 214 on 9/11 what a fitting date to release such a great application. InciNotes ICS 214 works just like the description says in the Apple App Store. Just as in InciNotes, I can send out real time reports with the touch of a finger to any one that needs to be in the know. It's amazing how it streamlined, simple and easy it makes documenting you ICS 214 unit log. Customer service is awesome if I need technical support; the InciNotes team is has been there for me 24/7. I applaud the InciNotes team for listening to me feed back and incorporating that feedback into future releases.
