Can’t even log in

Makes you jump through hoops to make an account. Then you finally get messages, they are just random from all over the place. Nothing like what you offer and everyone wants to pay £20 for a tattoo then you get spoke down to for asking more than that. The app constantly crashes and locks you out.
It’s a head ache. Especially when you have personal details stored on there. The security isn’t good at all.
And good luck contacting anyone.
They take a percentage off you if you go through klarna (15%) and you have to wait 10 days for your own money - more than that sometimes cause they only pay out on a Tuesday and Thursday.
Not worth the mither. Just gives me more work than normal word out mouth and 1-2-1 consultation.

not worth it

This app takes an absurd percentage to book people in and also takes forever to get the money in the account. On top of that they don’t allow you to share a more professional profile to potential clients which is so strange.
Also been under review and investigated for over a year and the notice won’t disappear i don’t even know why.
a lot of fake clients aswell but oh well .. this app needs major improvement.

Scam maybe ?

I completed a tattoo and they took a service charge of £30 pound on a £200 tattoo and there was no mention of service fees before hand and they are paying me £170 as they holding on to it. Don’t use this app it’s terrible and they don’t answer emails or messages.

Genuine review from artist

Honestly this app is awful. If you can even get on it. Constantly has internet connection issues which essentially lock you out of the app. When you can get on you just have requests (rarely) that don’t even match anything similar to the style of work you offer. Which convinces me further that these are not requests. I’ve had ONE genuine booking from this, and Klarna took a decent chunk of the payment, which took a month to appear in my account. Also my profile has been “under review” for well over a year now for some unknown reason. I’ve tried to resolve this but no success. Just about this. Stick to insta and word of mouth.

App does not work at all, the amount of glitches is ridiculous.. can’t even upload an image without it freezing, close the app to restart all over and same thing keeps happening. Waste of time

It keeps on freezing when filling questions to book for an artist even when after uninstalling and reinstalling. It always think there is something wrong with internet which is wrong.

Buggy app

App keeps freezing and crashing now showing no internet when everything else works, kept filling in the same place just to start again and freezing every time, please fix the bugs.

Constant Crashes

This app looks like it has the potential to be amazing, set up an account, was just setting out my journey and ideas and it crashed, over and over and over again after reloading the app, deleting it and re-downloading it. Tried everything and really disappointed that I couldn’t get it to work.

Don't download this waste of time

Hate this app wasted so much time trying to write requests just for it to freeze and shut down, it will let me write the details and as soon as i go to add pictures it crashes. Waste of time

Good app but needs a lot of work

The app is good if it worked. I like having tattoo artists in once space but the bugs make it unusable. Trying to upload tattoo ideas is impossible as the app just freezes and then you have to shut down the app and try again for it to freeze again. So many amazing artists missing out on business due to this.

This was amazing to book and find an artist. However, everytime I try to create a project, or use it in general. It keeps freezing out, and despite I am on the WiFi or 5G, it keeps crashing out to say I have no connection.

Never works

I never wrote reviews but this was so bad I did to see if anyone else shared the same problems I found. But to keep it short and snappy it doesn’t work, freezes non stop, restarts itself, says there’s no wifi when there is, says there’s no data when there is, you get to the gallery to choose your photo it freezes for 5 minutes and then tells you no internet access. This has happen 8 times in the last 1hour 30mins. Ended up just throwing my phone to one side to calm down from the sheer frustration.

Alright

The app isn’t bad, you have many tattoo artists. However the app still faces to much bugs, despite claims it’s been fixed. One of the bugs this app still faces since start of December is when you’re making a request, you literally cannot put an image anymore. The screen freezes randomly. Deleting and reloading the app doesn’t fix it, powering off phone, literally anything, but other than that (which needs to be fixed for us to even request a tattoo), the app is cool.

I’m banned lol

I’m banned from using the service so might as well share. Essentially, none of it works. Great at finding people for you, but that’s it. It says get paid by Klarna same day. This isn’t true. You don’t get the deposit, and you don’t get paid until after the tattoo takes place, and not even soon after. Essentially inckd and Klarna sit on your money and earn interest while you put all the work in and don’t even get paid on the day of the tattoo or time of booking.
Even so, I tried using the app under their rules and guidelines, and even when people did try to book with me, 9 times out of 10 the payment methods provided in the app did not work and the clients gave up. I started trying to direct people to my social media if they had trouble booking through the app, and inckd banned me for it. So pretty much, they’re reading your inboxes. Clients could be sending you private information, or in some cases, private photos, and they’re in your inboxes viewing it. I only broke guidelines when I realised the service didn’t work properly. When I passed those clients to another communication method that does work, I was banned. It’s false advertising that they say get paid same day. You actually wait longer to be paid than you would be if you were just running a private payment plan for the client. I tried speaking to a member of their team, and I found the same display photo of the person in chat in a Quora group, so good knows who you’re actually talking to when you contact them. Even more irritating to see potential bookings, you can’t book them in or use the services the app promises which upsets the clients, and then when you try to find another method of booking them in you get banned. lol. If you like to get paid several months after you take the bookings, then by all means, inckd is where it’s at lol. Big shame as seems great, but I’d rather respect data confidentiality and know that I’m the only person reading my messages, and I’m sure my clients would agree. Great potential, unfortunate execution, but this is just my experience :)

Good idea bad execution

App is such a good idea but it’s so so badly executed. The app doesn’t seem to work unless you’re on WiFi and was a nightmare confirming my tattoo had been completed by the artist in order for me to pay her
