best yoga app out there! it's incredibly inclusive, offering something for everyone regardless of what their practice looks like. the unique insights and value it provides have deepened my practice and understanding of yoga. highly recommend:)

This app is the only one out there that offers Yoga as a grounded practice beyond the asanas. The physical practices are accessible and multi level. The talks and the podcast are grounded and go beyond surface level, taking you on a journey to self-realization yet also offering advice for finding happiness in our current life. The practices of meditation and pranayama are accessible and helpful.
