Most tracking and monitoring software are intimidating and hard to use with interfaces that feels like they are from the 90s… INCYT just works, it is easy to use thanks to a very modern App with a polished interface. The ramp up was quick. I reached out to their support team to ask for guidance to setup a complexe automated alarms. They responded almost immediately with a clear step by step solution.
