no one seems to read requests and message made out of the app
i recently installed the app and created a request on 11/06. no reply since. also craeted a message using the app on 13/06 and has not recived any acknowledgement at all. today is 15/06. not sure how long does it take for anyone from IUM team to check any requests or messages. or it could be that the app is really not working at all? perhaps, only time can tell :)
