INDI app
This app is WONDERFUL. I use the BUILD workout and think Danielle is the BOMB !! I am a Buffalo native and she always makes a reference to the city in her workouts. Her training video can be tailored for higher or lower intensity, based on your skill set. She is upbeat, positive and even comments on areas that SHE needs to focus on. She presents as a regular individual and doesn’t make you feel inadequate for not being in “perfect” shape. I highly recommend INDI and their conditioning app.

Lots of choices
The videos are very easy to follow, and the instructors always offer ways to modify the exercises if needed. I love that there are so many choices of videos, you can work on whatever you want/need.
