Worst customer experience
I am unable to download any books or magazines that I have purchased or interested in.
There is no way to contact customer support as the app itself does not work properly and has many problems and worst user experience that I have faced in any application on App Store.

They have taken money but not given subscription . App is not working particularly for customer care help us setting.

Earlier there used to be a number of interesting articles. Now there are essays and not articles. Most of these “essays” are of very limited interest to the general reader. I finish reading India today in 15-20 minutes, because most of the articles do not suit my interest.

India today worst experience
I had worst experience, offline reading is not supporting. You download magazine . After 2-3 days suddenly it disappear and now again u need to download full magazine.

No update for iOS 8
Do you need a millennium to update this app for iOS 8. Can't restore or sync my previous purchases. If you don't have a dedicated app development team, you shouldn't have bothered to put your app on Apple Store. 5 issues wasted due to this delay. I hope you understand why I say wasted.

Not able to use on ipad.
I suscribed for IT , hindi but i am repenting as i am not able to use on ipad running on ios6. Reading on iphone is not comfortable. Information reads ios6 and above , but does not open in ios 6. Please fix this issue because i donot want to upgrade to ios7, because i donot like its looks.
