This just said get with no charge attached. After I downloaded it I see a pending charge of over $5.

not a weather app. just a bunch of ad collection
this was supposed to show indian weather but instead of showing weather it opens another window with some garbage website where no sign of weather. try to do what the app name says. don't put some rubbish thing on app store. don't install this. fake app.
