Once again ordered a takeaway with the App, food was piping hot, very tasty and ready when it said it would be..top marks.
Shocking service
Nearly two hours waiting for food they insist it’s still coming, too late to order from anywhere else. Terrible
Service charge
Beware if you modify previous orders by removing items , the total to pay is often more than it should be. I notice that there is an additional service charge added even to collect orders. It may be worth simply phoning the restaurant and paying on collection.
Its a good app but….
Great app and works well but i really wish they would include the delivery fee when paying! It states on the bill its free but taxi charges between £5-6 for delivering a takeaway so be aware!!!
