I enjoy reading my paper on my iPad each morning, its the best. When I travel I don’t have to pause my paper anymore. Also I’m able to stay up to date on local and state news while traveling.

I have enjoyed using the TCPalm app to read my local press from my travels all over the world, from Australia to New Zealand to Ireland, to Canada, to Norway and beyond. It rarely fails me no matter how great the distance and I am appreciative of the efforts others make to bring the news to me wherever I roam.

CS needs improvement
I’ve had issues with my billing and have talked with your CS three times and will know with my next bill at the first of December if it’s corrected. This review would have been 5-Stars if it wasn’t for the poor CS.

I really enjoy the information in and convenience of the TCPalm app. I can “read” the content anywhere I travel.
All I want to do is read the paper.
It’s New Year’s Day, 1/1/20. After months (at least two) of having to uninstall and reinstall this app several times every morning so I can get through reading this paper, I’m at it again! I’ve done it five times so far this morning and still haven’t finished the paper. It’s so frustrating! Someone in charge needs to recognize the problem and fix it. It’s costing me money and if it doesn’t get fixed soon it will cost the paper money because, I for one, will unsubscribe and get my news elsewhere. I’m sure many others will do the same!
