I love this app, however the only major down side in my opinions is the barcode scanner. It's a major element that allows the user to check if items are WIC approved. Yet that very element is the most dysfunctional on that app. I hope to see it fixed soon!
Fix the scanner?
The barcode scanner is trash. IF it even scans the barcode it’s incorrect most of the time. Tells me everything is not covered and then at checkout it all is. Someone new to wic would probably assume it’s not and miss out on benefits. The camera needs to be able to zoom so you can scan the smaller barcodes (like baby food) because it just won’t read them at all. If you hold it closer to read it it gets blurry and won’t adjust. It should be the best app feature but it’s the worst now.

Won’t work
App will not allow me to create a login and then when I try to report the issue through the app, it won’t let me select an issue type, and won’t let me submit the report without that field completed. Very frustrating.
App never works
The app keeps crashing and I have tried everything it still is crashing every time I go to use it.
Loved it at first
I loved this app but now it gives me a Error message when I try to log back in I’ve deleted it twice and tries to log back in now the app freezes when I press the logging button so frustrating!
Good but needs more work.
This app is nice to be able to have all appointment info and benefits in one place but it’s still always crashing, tells me my password is incorrect when it’s definitely not. Also, there should be a spot to make or reschedule appointments without having to call. My Wic office is literally just a mom on a work phone....she is not always available.

App wont open, iTap on it you see the screen with the title then it closes on its own! Terrible

My app is still crashing and I cannot look at my account for my benefits? I’m not able to look at anything in the app, how do I access my benifits if the app is still crashing I have r been checking everyday

Ever since this app has been updated it’s been the worst, watching a 10 minute video easily takes 45 minutes.
