I haven’t taken any loan, but I’m receiving messages saying to maintain balance or my CIBIL score will be affected. My mobile number was previously registered under someone else’s name, and it seems a loan has been taken using that person’s details. Please look into this matter and help resolve it, as it’s affecting my peace of mind even though I have no connection with this loan.

the foreclosure
When I made the foreclosure request, the branch staff told me that I would get the foreclosure letter after 21 days. But when the foreclosure letter finally came, they gave me only 11 days’ time, and that too I had to personally follow up for it. Even after foreclosure, one EMI was deducted from my account. When I asked at the branch, they said it would be refunded, but when I spoke to the helpline, they said they had no information about it.
Their staff doesn’t even know how to reply properly to customers. When I asked about the foreclosure request, they said first a statement would be generated and that TDS would be applicable. Then they said a list of documents would be required and that it would be chargeable. For every small thing, they say “service charge.”
Till now, no proper statement or clarity has been given. Please improve your service and ensure proper communication with customers. I have raised complaints multiple times via mail and WhatsApp, but not even one complaint has been replied to till today.
