GREAT APP! Just 2 wishes...
Great app, very nostalgic as I used to use my Braille Note with Sendero GPS for many many years! I only wish that upcoming intersections could be described with clock face or orientation rather than cardinal directions. Also would love if heading information in degrees could be included in more info. This will be very fun on airplanes.

Latest update seems to have a bug if you choose to get to a destination by walking
I have found this aapp to be very sturdy and reliable, but the latest update seems to have a problem if you want to get to a destination by walking, formally known as the pedestrian mode. When clicking on this now, a warning flashes up, but there is no explanation to what the warning is and so when you press the okay button the walking instructions don’t get started. Have checked with a cited person and can confirm that they can’t see what the warning messages about either

Good app with great potential
I will say before I write this that I haven’t used this app in a few months because of the issue I’m about to talk about…
That being said this app is a good app with great potential. However, a major issue that I was having with this while working with an orientation and mobility instructor, was that when putting in addresses and locations, POI’s. When it was giving me directions, it seemed to be several hundred feet off base when getting near the location. For example, if I tried to go to the library and put in that address, it would take me 2 to 300 feet away from the library when I got close and I wouldn’t actually get to the library. This was pretty consistent. It least in my area. This is kind of a big deal but if this could be fixed and again it may be I haven’t used it in a few months, then this app can do great things.
I’m in northeastern PA for context.

I really love this app!!!!!!! Thanks to APH for this app. I hope it will stay around for years to come!
too bad
I don't understand it when you go to the settings in the app. And under General, it shows you that if you want to change the voice, you have to go to the Accessibility settings. Where can you find the accessibility function? I was in the app. I was also in the settings, but I didn't see any point where it says "Accessibility." Please fix the problem. Thank you very much.

It doesn't speak
It doesn't speak, meaning you can only get feedback manually using VoiceOver instead of it updating on its own. Lookaround doesn't say where things are in relation to you, or what you're facing as opposed to nearest to. You can't view what all areas are around you.
Navigation Vorlesestimme

Sure, here's the revised version:
I would like to express my sincere appreciation for the way Good Map developers cater to those with low vision, like myself. I highly value the high contrast mode and the large labels on the screen to guide me while navigating.
Keep up the excellent work!

Really good turn by turn directions for blind users
I am a blind VoiceOver iPhone user and I have been using GoodMaps Outdoors for the best part of a year now. This is definitely one of the best GPS apps I have come across, particularly because of the extremely accurate turn by turn directions and the recently added feature of identifying and anticipating crossings/intersections. Please do keep up the good work and keep improving the app. The only negative point I can think of is that sometimes the app goes silent and the navigation voice stops announcing streets or the next step on a route for no apparent reason, and this can be quite disconcerting and confusing. I usually have to restart the app and re-select my destination to reactivate the verbal directions, which waste time when outdoors, particularly if I am going to a time-bound appointment. So if this could be fixed then that would be great. Apart from that, it is a very good GPS navigation app.

Fails too announce to many streets!
Will not announce all streets when riding a city bus. Other apps do announce those streets.
I love it! Thank you!
this app is one of the best math apps I've used yet. I hope that it remains available for a long time. I love being able to get directions to a place, and being able to set way points along the way if I choose. I can't really think of anything else that I wish this app would have, I just hope that it doesn't go away like other map apps in the past that work good like this have.

I love the app!
Great app! Only minor problem I've noticed, and it could very well just be me, but it seems like the app is a lot less chatty when the screen is locked. This may be by design, but I personally would prefer to have just as much spoken feedback even when the screen is locked as when it is not and the app is open on my screen. Also, some integration for Apple Watch and bluetooth bone conductive headphones would be nice. For example, a lot of these headphones even though they are bone conductive and not regular, they still have buttons to control playback. It would be nice if the app could make use of those buttons so that you can get info about what street you are on, which intersection is ahead, and how far. Trying to operate a phone one handed while also walking is not that easy. Would be good to be able to just reach up, press a button on the headphones, and done. Having said all this, the app is already amazing, and look forward to seeing what else can be done with it in the future.

Guidage moyen

A relyable app for getting arround turn by turn
It works again very well!
I bougt the full version on March.
It is a great alternative to Apple Maps, because of its ability to anounce upcoming intersections so that a sightless person would find his way even in a small town like Bad Reichenhall in Germany.
I'll rate it with 5 stars if:
- history items in the route menu can be deleted individually
- there's a possibility to tie my PcMaps account to my GPS XT app storing maps from my PC in iCloud and download it to my iPhone.
Keep going on with your great app!

iOS 13.2 crash
First of all, this app is amazing! Because of this app, I have been able to navigate my college campus safely and effectively. I depend on this app and have nothing but good things to say. However, ever since updating to iOS 13.2 on my iPhone 7,∫ app crashes immediately upon opening. I hope this bug is able to be resolved soon.

I need help!
How can I get someone to call or email me back for tech support? I have sent 2 emails and left a message. I need help on either the app or getting a refund.
Where would I go with out it?
This app is by far the best acessible gps solution for the blind on the narket. I am so confident in this app I bought it for life. If googles absence from this app will lessen its effectiveness then I would encourage google to reconsider its stance pleas.
My favorite GPS App
Whether it's hearing street names as I walk a new route, finding a place to have dinner with friends or learning more about the route my Uber driver takes, theres not a better tool than Seeing Eye GPS XT. In addition to the helpful information most GPS apps provide this one is taylored to give me information that I can't access easily any other way as a blind person.
