Essential Motorcycle Equipment
The best apps just do their job and this fits the bill perfectly. Bought an Indimate audible indicator device for my husband and now I have my motorbike licence it’s the first thing I want to fit on my motorcycle. The app sends the indicator sound to my helmet intercom when I use my turn signals. So important to have that sound when you are in traffic for a while or some other hazard takes your attention after making the turn.

Testing app before buying product...
Seems a quite flaky and unresponsive. For example, I couldn't turn off the sound test without closing the app and/or turning my headset off and back on again. However, the biggest issue I found is with the app’s range of sound options. Why on Earth would you imagine customers will want such grating, irritating and unpleasant sounds as reminders? Also, with just one exception, the very nature of those sounds make them highly likely to become masked by the noises of traffic, wind, turbulence, engines and exhausts. Only the 'Aluminium' option would be useful and vaguely tolerable for me - such pure, more ‘musical’ tones are a better contrast and more likely to be easily discerned. If you were to get rid of the harsh, ugly noises and add more appropriate and ear and brain friendly options, I might just be tempted to part with the very, very high price of the relatively simple Indimate unit... just. But no way with the app as it exists, and it does seem that relatively little work would be required to resolve the above.
