The unlock features don’t work
I was out away from home and urgently needed to unlock my phone to get an email which I had forgotten to print - when I sent the message to my emergency contact to unlock it, he tried 10 times and my phone never unlocked. I needed to use an emergency bypass to actually get into my phone. I’ve emailed the developers to ask for help, but have yet to hear back. I overall like the app, but if the issues aren’t fixed it’s not worth the time or money.

Sorry we've only just been made aware of this review and unfortunately we've not received an email from anyone with the feedback you've described. Rest assured we will look into it! I've received emails from people with an Android app with the same name rather confusingly, so it would be good to know what email address you sent the mail to. Thank you for your understanding
