في كل مرة احتاج أعمل دخول أضع الرقم المدني والباسورد الأمر الآخر عملية الدفع معقدة وغير واضحة إذا دفعت يبلغني إن المبلغ خصم ولكن بالتطبيق المبلغ كما كان قبل الدفع و ممكن ياخذ 20 يوم واكثر حتى يتغير المبلغ.
التطبيق صعب الفهم
احتاج دقمة واضحة وقت استحقاق القسط "ادفع قسطك" و بس.
التحديث الجديد غير واضح و اماكن الدفع غير صريحة، و يحتاج تجارب كبيرة عشان توصل لي صفحة الكي نت.
ماله داعي صفحة تسوق و عربة تسوق و جك اوت.

ALWAYS ASKED FOR UPDATE THE APP BUT NOOO UPDATE!! How can i pay ?!?

التطبيق فاشل وبطيء. شركة كبيرة مثل الملا للتمويل المفروض التطبيق يكون افضل مثل تطبيقات البنوك.

There is a bug issue going on with Almulla finance for individual! Please fix it ASAP.

There is an alert asking to update the application but when I check there isn’t any update !!

Am using iPhone. When I try to pay my installment I get a message that there is an improved version and asking me to upgrade.
But there is no upgrade option available and more over reinstalling also dose not work

Im trying to make a payment and the app tells me there is a new version on the play store. Im using an iphone and the latest version is installed.
So now I have reinstalled the app but the email verification doesnt work.
While the app worked great till last month, im not able to make payments now.
