Could be

I live space games and industry management games so this should be right up my alley and indeed I enjoyed what I did I had some employees hired and even produced some parts and made money but this game for me had another level of difficulty as the only french I speak is what I know form the song Lady Marmalade which largely dosent apply here except I realized that my assistant wanted me to do something vous (with) something if this could have an english option like the app description says I would give it 5 stars but I am not in the mood for an industry managment and language cryptography game in one!
