LOG COURSES AS YOU GO Record the course name, provider, date, and CE units along with notes on what was covered. Mark each course as live or self-study and tag it clinical or non-clinical. KEEP THE PAPERWORK ATTACHED Photograph or import the completion certificate and store it with the course it belongs to. Add handouts, slide photos, and reference articles to the same record. Photos are captured at high resolution, so text on a projected slide stays readable when you zoom in. TRACK CREDENTIALS SEPARATELY CPR and BLS, bioterrorism training, radiography, and anesthesia certifications each run on their own renewal cycle.
