Потратили время и деньги, по итогу звонят и говорят, что по их технической причине нужно заново все пересоздать. То есть месяц мы заводили товары и настраивали и ребята последним днем говорят, а вот теперь удалите все и загрузите вручную все заново!!!! Отношение к клиенту 0. Оценка 0.

Ужасная работа с заявками и поддержка

После оплаты изменилось отношение. все заявки берут в работу когда захотят, заявка может висеть по 2-3 дня. Трубку не берут, в онлайн чате тоже не отвечают. Не можем настроить интеграцию с 1С уже месяц

Пишут что все бесплатно, а потом в конце минимум 750 руб в месяц... а так 4600 в месяц. Вообщем не советую.

Вообщем то все работает, не знаю на сколько сильно можно изменить цветовую палитру приложений, но в целом все норм, единственное чего я не нашёл, так это пробный вариант на месяц, на два год и даже на пол года, может и не пригодиться оно мне!
