Great digital version of board game
Started off playing the board game. Then found there was a digital version. Immediate purchase! It's nice to have a this portable version when I can't get the physical game to the table.
Great port of a great solo boardgame
This is just shy of perfect. It's a bit more stylish than the dead tree version, but Salgado manages to capture all the gameplay elements while giving them a new visual spin.
My only issue here is I've had the game completely freeze a couple times for unknown reasons (I wasn't even interacting with it) and had to kill the app. The second time actually cost me the game, because the autosave - which is handy so thanks for that - only fires between turns and I was in the middle of one. After restarting I had drawn a different event and picked different proteins to harvest, so I couldn't complete any more combinations.
Fix the freeze issue and it's a 5 star. I haven't even touched scenarios yet.

Fun puzzle game
I wanted to try this before I bought the cardboard version. I like it a lot, but not sure I'll get the cardboard. This just seems faster.
Not My Thing
Nothing against Hex War.....they have great WW2 games....but this is more of math/logic exercise. I like shoot 'em up.
50% Skill + 50% Random = 100% Brilliant!
Simpler than Pandemic gameplay is perfect for when you want something casual. Feels stylish and relaxing yet cerebral. Art, design, and sound are very impressive.
I enjoy it as a meatier alternative to solitaire and match 3's. Definitely not a brain burner, but there are some meaningful and tense decisions to be made. Plenty of randomness keeps things exciting, but if you hate dice games like Elder Signs or King of Tokyo, then this game isn't for you.
Lots of fun attention to detail. Ex. You aren't just auto-dealt 4 proteins. You pick'em out of a petri-dish, and they actually float and bounce around. Pure whimsy, but reveals how the experience has been polished to perfection.
No crashes and only 1 minor glitch (chemo-stat item doesn't seem to work) encountered after many hours of play. My only complaints: needs option to speed up or skip the containment breach animations, store items require trial and error, and game rules are a bit scattered.
