Purely scam mindset charging 750
I by mistakenly clicked on order physical card and they deducted Rs. 750 for that however there was no mention of any charges, I immediately called support to cancel and refund amount but they declined to refund straight away. It should be mentioned before proceeding for card order that there are non refundable charges of rs 750 to avail the card

Glitches
This new software infini is full of glitches…and you can’t even check the remaining balance on your card. When you call their helpline they themselves are clueless on how to use this portal
The old software was much better and user friendly and much better interface.
